What to expect

Thank you for considering Pure Lush Design and Co for your upcoming special event. We like to help our potential clients understand what they can expect at their first consultation.

Before booking your appointment with us, we encourage you to have your date and venue solidified.  This will allow us to ensure we will be available for your event and we can have the venue in mind for the wedding design inspiration.  Each wedding decor and floral design investment is completely customized, based on the flower varieties used, complexity and size of arrangements, complexity of draping, size of room, bridal party size and guest count, etc.

Typical Pure Lush Design and Co couples invest between $5,000 – $12,000 average guest count of 125-200 guests for their entire ceremony and reception including florals.  With more elaborate modern wedding decor running upwards of $30,000.


You’ve thoroughly combed through my website, blog and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is to complete a client intake/quote request form if you haven’t done so already. It is strongly advised to do this only when you have confirmed your venue.

Step 2 – LET’S CHAT

The next step is setting up a time to chat to make sure we’re the perfect fit for one another. In this conversation we will get your basic desires, confirm that we are available and will then ask some more details to get a general idea of your budget and if your dream vision matches your budget. We don’t want to waste your time or ours. At that time we will schedule an in-person meet and greet with one of our designers to chat in depth about your design board and your inspiration. We like to sit down for a no obligation consultation & design session or a meet and greet where we will do an intake process to gather your sense of style so we can help guide you through the process.

Wedding and Events require a lot more information such as design, logistics, inspiration, themes and colours so we recommend booking a no obligation consultation where we can chat about the details and make the right recommendation for you. We prefer not to do this over the phone as we like to build a relationship and show you our large design showroom something that we cannot do as well via phone or video.


Your customized design plan is 8-20 pages long, full of every single detail for your wedding flowers, including design elements like flower varieties, ribbons, vessels, custom installations, and more!


A signed contract and retainer is necessary to secure your wedding date! After the date is officially on our calendar, we officially kick off the design process- cheers!!

We begin ordering and preparing and now the fun begins! You can call or email us to check-in or to chat about wedding nightmares.


We check in about eight weeks before the wedding to chat about timelines, book your final design meeting and get info on anything else we should know about your big day!


At our final design meeting you can expect to spend about 30 to 60 minutes chatting about your final designs. This is the time to make final changes in design, colours, guest count, add on any additional items. We will confirm your final timelines and ensure everything is still to your desires.


The week of your wedding, we will be busily designing your flowers and decor items in the studio! We only accept two wedding a day so that throughout the week and at the wedding, our we can still allow exclusive attention and that the entire focus is on you!

Step 9 – THE BIG DAY

It’s finally here! The day the two of you say “I do” and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends. We will be on-site to deliver all your decor and flowers and set up, and just know we’re excited to celebrate your wedding day and be a part of your milestone. We are just delighted that you have trusted us to bring your vision to life.
